/17 de agosto: Ever Noel González Alfaro, de 19 años, de Denison, fue arrestado por alteración del orden público.
19 de agosto, 11:50 a. m.: El Departamento de Policía de Denison investigó un accidente entre dos vehículos que ocurrió en el Highway 59. William Joseph Jones, de 61 años, de Schenectady, Nueva York, conducía un semirremolque Volvo azul modelo 2024, viajando hacia el norte por el Highway 59 en el carril en dirección oeste. Deann Lanae Reetz, de 58 años, de Denison, conducía una Chevrolet Equinox LT azul modelo 2020 y se detuvo en la señal de parar en la intersección de la autopista 59 y el Highway 30, mirando hacia el este. Reetz estaba avanzando por la intersección, viajando hacia el este. Jones no notó la señal de parar en las intersecciones. Continuó hacia el norte a través de la intersección y cuando notó la intersección, intentó virar hacia el este. Summer Raine Lamaak, de 18 años, de Denison, conducía un Jeep Grand Cherokee gris 2017. Estaba saliendo del estacionamiento de Dairy Queen y creyó que una camioneta Chevrolet Silverado negra 2020, conducida por Tucker David Bailey, de 21 años, de Denison, tenía la luz intermitente de girar encendida. 25 de agosto, 1 p. m.: El Departamento de Policía de Denison investigó un accidente de atropello y fuga que ocurrió en el estacionamiento de Walmart. Una camioneta Chevrolet Silverado gris del año 2016 estaba estacionada legalmente y fue golpeada en el parachoques delantero derecho del lado del pasajero, lo que provocó daños por $2,000. La camioneta estaba desocupada en ese momento. Se desconoce el paradero del otro vehículo en cuestión.

Chocó por detrás a una camioneta Nissan roja modelo 1996 conducida por Emily Anne Ditto, de 39 años, de Denison. Ditto declaró que se detuvo porque iba a girar hacia su residencia en 4th Avenue North cuando su vehículo fue golpeado por detrás. August 19, 11:50 a.m.: The Denison Police Department investigated a two-vehicle crash that occurred on Highway 59. William Joseph Jones, 61, of Schenectady, New York, was driving a blue 2024 Volvo semi-truck, traveling north on Highway 59 in the westbound lane. Deann Lanae Reetz, 58, of Denison, was driving a blue 2020 Chevrolet Equinox LT and was stopped at the stop sign at the intersection of Highway 59 and Highway 30, facing east. Reetz was proceeding through the intersection, traveling east. Jones failed to notice the stop sign at the intersections. She continued north through the intersection and when she noticed the intersection, she attempted to turn east. The front passenger side of the semi-truck struck the front passenger corner of Reetz's vehicle, extending down to the side. Reetz received minor/non-incapacitating injuries and was transported by ambulance to Crawford County Memorial Hospital. Her vehicle received $15,000 in damage and was deemed a total loss. The semi-truck, owned by Van Wyk Inc., of Sheldon, received $8,000 in damage. Jones was cited for failure to obey a stop and yield sign.
Aug. 21, 11:23 a.m.: Diana Negrete, 28, of Denison, and Jason Robert Haptonstall, 44, of Harlan, were arrested for violating a no-contact order.
Aug. 24, 5:42 p.m. m.: The Denison Police Department investigated a two-vehicle crash that occurred on Highway 30. Summer Raine Lamaak, 18, of Denison, was driving a gray 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee. She was backing out of the Dairy Queen parking lot and believed a black 2020 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck, driven by Tucker David Bailey, 21, of Denison, had its turn signal on. The pickup truck was traveling eastbound on Highway 30. Lamaak began to enter Highway 30 when she noticed the pickup truck would not stop. She attempted to back up, but there was a vehicle behind her Jeep that prevented her from backing up quickly enough to avoid the crash. Bailey was unable to swerve in time. No one was injured. Lamaak’s vehicle received $5,000 in damage to the driver’s side front corner. Bailey’s pickup truck received $2,500 in damage to the passenger side front corner.
August 25: Vilma Judith Guillermo Jeronimo, 20, of Denison, was arrested for domestic abuse, simple assault, first offense.
August 25, 1 p.m.: The Denison Police Department investigated a hit-and-run accident that occurred in the Walmart parking lot. A 2016 gray Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck was legally parked and was struck in the right front passenger side bumper, resulting in $2,000 in damage. The pickup truck was unoccupied at the time. The whereabouts of the other vehicle in question is unknown.
August 26, 4:10 p.m.: The Denison Police Department investigated a two-vehicle accident that occurred North of 7th Street. Ybrah Tewelde Gubusa, 55, of Denison, was driving a gray 2005 Honda Odyssey leaving a grocery store parking lot and entering North 7th Street. Her vehicle struck the passenger side of a gray 2014 Chevrolet Cruze LT driving north on the street operated by Irma Elena Valle, 51, of Denison. Valle's vehicle received $2,000 in damage to the middle passenger side. Gubusa's vehicle received $500 in damage to the front middle. Gubusa was cited for failure to yield when entering a highway, not having a valid driver's license and failure to provide proof of motor vehicle accident insurance.
August 26, 7:19 p.m.: The Denison Police Department investigated a two-vehicle accident that occurred on 4th Avenue North. Dale Clarence Schillerberg, 78, of Denison, was driving a blue 2004 Dodge RAM pickup truck eastbound on 4th Avenue North. He rear-ended a red 1996 Nissan pickup truck driven by Emily Anne Ditto, 39, of Denison. Ditto stated that she stopped because she was going to turn into her residence on 4th Avenue North when her vehicle was struck from behind. She received possible injuries (complained of pain) but was not transported. Her vehicle received $1,500 in damage to the rear center. Schillerberg's pickup truck received $250 in damage to the front center.
August 27, 12:08 p.m.: The Denison Police Department investigated a two-vehicle accident that occurred in the Ampride parking lot. Larry Ray Brodersen, 76, of Charter Oak, was backing a white 2018 Chevrolet K250 pickup truck southbound out of a parking spot. His pickup truck backed into a silver 2013 Chevrolet Sonic. The Sonic sustained $2,000 worth of damage to the passenger-side front corner. Brodersen's pickup truck was undamaged.
