Con gran éxito se celebró el Festival de Herencia Latina 2019 en Des Moines, Iowa. Miles de personas se congregaron en la imponente faldas del Capitolio del estado, que con ondas del viento del 28 de septiembre parecía que el bello edificio de donde se edifican y emiten las leyes, danzaba al compas de las guitarras, bajos y marimbas, al zapatear de mujeres, hombres y niños que con sus vestidos típicos adornaron los liricos del Jarabe Tapatío.
