Con un nuevo toque de colores pintoresco el legendario restaurante Cronks abrió sorpresivamente las puertas al público la mañana del 27 del presente mes.
Los clientes no se hicieron esperar cuando escucharon por boca de otros clientes, que el restaurante ya estaba abierto después de casi cuatro años de haber estado cerrado cuando los antiguos propietarios decidieron retirarse.
Entre las novedades del restaurante, no solo figura la nueva administración liderada por latinos, sino que el personal está compuesto por una diversidad cultural. “Que va a satisfacer el paladar de nuestra población de Denison y los visitantes de nuestra ciudad, ya que hemos recibido llamadas telefónicas de personas que incluso viven fuera de Denison, preguntando cuándo íbamos a abrir,” dijo el joven de 24 años, Omar Patiño, que junto a su padre Ramon son propietarios del lugar.
Otra de las novedades del restaurante es el menú que contiene una gran variedad de nuevos platillos de la cocina anglosajona, y otros que ya existían de la administración anterior. “Nuestro menú también contiene una gran variedad de platillos mexicanos que sabemos que serán del gusto de nuestros clientes en general.” Dijo Omar.
Y para el deleite de los que degustan de un buen desayuno dominical, Cronks estará ofreciendo brunch los domingos, que es una combinación entre comidas propias del desayuno y del almuerzo. “Desde este domingo 3 de diciembre estaremos sirviendo brunch que es un estilo de diferentes buffet de diferentes deliciosos platillos norteamericanos y mexicanos.” Afirmó Omar.

Omar dijo que mantendrá los nombres originales de las diferentes áreas del restaurante. “Al igual que continuaremos prestando los servicios personalizados que la antigua administración ofrecía a las diferentes empresas y organizaciones locales y fuera de Denison.”
Omar dijo que su meta no es solamente mantener el buen servicio de la administración anterior. “Sino que mejorarlo.” Agregó, “Por lo que solicitó la ayuda de nuestros clientes para que se comuniquen conmigo, y me hagan saber sus gustos y preferencias, al igual que me comenten sus gustos y preferencias para satisfacer las necesidades de nuestros clientes que son nuestra prioridad.”
Por su parte, el señor Ramon Patiño dijo sentirse orgulloso de continuar la tradición del restaurante que abrió sus puertas a la comunidad de Denison en el año 1929. “A pesar de que ya había decidido no invertir más en la industria de restaurantes, me decidí a comprar Cronks porque sé que este lugar es un icono no solo en la historia de Denison, sino que tiene ataduras sentimentales para muchas personas de nuestra comunidad.”

With a new picturesque touch of colors, the legendary Cronks restaurant surprisingly opened its doors to the public on the morning of the 27th of this month.
Customers did not wait when they heard from other customers that the restaurant was already open after almost four years of being closed when the former owners decided to retire.
Among the restaurant's novelties, not only is the new management led by Latinos, but the staff is made up of a cultural diversity. “It will satisfy the palates of our Denison population and visitors to our city, as we have received phone calls from people who even live outside of Denison, asking when we were going to open,” said 24-year-old Omar Patiño. , who together with his father Ramon own the place.
Another novelty of the restaurant is the menu that contains a wide variety of new dishes from Anglo-Saxon cuisine, and others that already existed from the previous administration. “Our menu also contains a wide variety of Mexican dishes that we know will be to the taste of our customers in general.” Omar said.
And to the delight of those who enjoy a good Sunday breakfast, Cronks will be offering brunch on Sundays, which is a combination of breakfast and lunch meals. “Starting this Sunday, December 3, we will be serving brunch, which is a different buffet style of different delicious North American and Mexican dishes.” Omar stated.

For his part, Mr. Ramon Patiño said he was proud to continue the tradition of the restaurant that opened its doors to the Denison community in 1929. “Although I had already decided not to invest more in the restaurant industry, I decided to to buy Cronks because I know that this place is an icon not only in the history of Denison, but that it has sentimental ties for many people in our community.”
