Un hombre de Carroll encarcelado por abusar sexualmente de tres niños se le negó una apelación para revocar su sentencia, según un documento de los registros del Tribunal de Distrito del Condado de Carroll.
En mayo pasado, Raymond John Miller fue sentenciado a 25 años de prisión por tres cargos de abuso sexual en segundo grado a niños menores de 12 años, en el transcurso de nueve años. El abuso se clasifica como un delito mayor de Clase B.
Miller fue arrestado el año pasado por sus crímenes. Según los registros del Tribunal de Distrito del Condado de Carroll, el abuso de cada niño ocurrió entre 2007 y 2010, 2010 y 2012; y 2014 y 2015, respectivamente.

A Carroll man imprisoned for sexually abusing three children was denied an appeal to overturn his sentencing, according to a document from Carroll County District Court records.
Last May, Raymond John Miller was sentenced to 25 years in prison for three counts of second-degree sexual abuse of children under 12, spanning over the course of nine years. The abuse is classified as a Class B felony
Miller was arrested last year for his crimes. According to Carroll County District Court records, the abuse for each child occurred between 2007 and 2010, 2010 and 2012, and 2014 and 2015, respectively.
Court records show the abuse took place at a home on Kevin Avenue on the north side of Carroll, where Miller used to live.
